The post-holder will work with churches of any denomination, with particular emphasis on identified areas of socio-economic deprivation, providing advice and support to local churches to assist them in developing existing or new responses to opportunities and needs in their local communities. You will also join people up, creat chances to share experience, spread knowledge and let other sectors know what churches achieve.
You will have experience of development work with community/voluntary groups; be able to network & work in partnership with a variety of sectors; and, as a lone worker, you will need to be self- motivating.
